On the legal nature of urban law

Abstract
Existing approaches in understanding of the urban planning law that are nowadays in the science have been studied in the article. It has been proved that town-planning activities is one of the spheres of the manifestation of public interest, aimed at ensuring urban needs of the whole society, where the legal basis is set by the norms of public law, which, as a result, can be combined within a single legal entity – town-planning law. Own scientific concept as for legal nature of the urban planning law has been formulated.
