Of creating and organizing work of economic entities’ supervisory boards of public sector of the economy

Abstract
The article considers topical issues on formation of structure and organizing work of supervisory boards of state unitary enterprises and economic companies where state has more than 50 percent of stock (share) in registered capital. Propositions give grounds for improving the legal foundations of creating and organizing supervisory boards’ work of such economic entities.
