НОВИЙ ПІДХІД ДО ПРОБЛЕМИ КЛАСИФІКАЦІЇ МІГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ

Abstract
В роботі на основі аналізу методів, наукових підходів і теорій щодо питання класифікації міграційних процесів викладено новий підхід до даної проблеми. Проаналізована взаємозалежність і взаємовплив між міграційними процесами та процесами, що відбуваються на міжнародній арені. Дослідження показали, що на фоні того, що велика кількість дослідників розробила класифікаційні чинники, на основі котрих базувались типології й визначались види міграції, необхідно комплексно вивчати й осмислювати всі складові процесу, його політичну складову та взаємозалежність з міжнародними процесами. In the article on the basis of the analysis methods, scientific approaches and theories on the issue of classification of migration processes a new approach to the problem. Analyzed the interdependence and mutual influence between migration and the processes taking place in the international arena. The international system is constantly undergoing changes and transformations as a response to new global challenges. This creates need for development research in the study of migration as a global process. Because of this, there are more new theoretical approaches to determining the types and classification process that is studied in this paper. In the most general sense, classification - a selection of objects on a quantitative basis, and typology (typing) - for quality. In most cases, migration is classified by quality sign, because it would be to select the types of migration. However, for various reasons, in the scientific literature there are different names for this process of understanding reality, which in most cases have a number of special features. Thus, there are many kinds and forms of migrations. In studying this issue should pay attention to the conditions that encourage people to leave their country. In addition, the establishment of classification has a great influence theoretical school, according to the principles which the scientist makes their hypothesis. Research has shown that on the background of the fact that a large number of researchers developed a classification factors based on which were based typology and defined types of migration, it is necessary to study and interpret comprehensively all components of its political dimension and interdependence with international processes. This will allow more rationally to solve the issues of regulation of migration flows between countries and to contribute to the further global development of the world.
