Abstract
The article analyzes the latest technology HR-management, in particular the «Assessment» – technology which is a combination of different techniques, built a certain way for a certain algorithm and rules; The optimum set of general competencies that workers should have divisions of corporate structures; singled out the main criteria for evaluation conducted by assestment- center, which should include competency model; analyzes the main factors that promote disclosure of potential employees holding «Metinvest»; The expediency of operation of the new technology HR-management – Assestment-Centre-common system of personnel management holding «Metinvest»; been proposed to create Assestment-center-based Metinvest Holding, which will be in close collaboration with the tools of learning and development holding «Metinvest» (program «Corporate University») and the model of interaction Data Center tools.
