СУТНІСТЬ УПРАВЛІННЯ КАПІТАЛОМ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Abstract
The capital essence, its structure and management at a plant has been considered. The capital management is an important task of business administration common system, as the capital is one of the basic economic categories, which characterizes the activity of each plant. The capital takes the principal place in socioeconomic and political relationships of the society. Due to ill capit management at both the micro and macro levels, caused by objective and subjective reasons, the economy of Ukraine overcomes the global financial crisis impact rather slowly. The main purpose of capital management at the enterprise is its optimization, which is the process of selecting the best form of its organization at the enterprise taking into account the implementation conditions and peculiarities of its business activities. They analyzed various management capital concepts in order to determine the optimum alternative, which, in its turn, provides plant further development.
