НОВЫЕ ТРЕНДЫ В МЕДИАЦИИ: ОСОБЕННОСТИ И ВЫЗОВЫ

Abstract
The article shows the evolution of mediation and its transformation into modern forms and processes.The article explains that Mediation cannot be considered in the context of only the Jurisprudence, because it combines social and humanitarian knowledge as well. The article represents mediation at the present stage of the development of society, contributing to the resolution of conflicts, the development of preventive measures, and the resolution of disputes in pre-trial order. The role of the mediator and his competence were changed. The authors believe that uniting efforts, mutual enrichment by practitioners, working out joint measures against modern threats and challenges, can change vectors, eliminate conflicts, including terrorism conflicts and strengthen the world order. Nowadays Mediation is "soft power" that is capable of resolving conflicts peacefully. The international experience, which is intensively studied, in the opinion of the authors, especially in the part of uniting in international associations, schools, is most in demand where, in addition to the judiciary, the public is actively involved in the mediation processes, leaders of civil society to whom there is trust. In the opinion of the authors, the international experience, especially the uniting in international associations, schools, is in demand in the situations the public and civil society leaders are involved in the mediation process along with the judiciary.
