Nowe materiały i technologie obróbki cieplno-chemicznej luf broni strzeleckiej
Journal Title: Problemy Mechatroniki. Uzbrojenie, lotnictwo, inżynieria bezpieczeństwa - Year 2010, Vol 1, Issue 1
Abstract
W artykule omówiono wyniki badań obróbki powierzchniowej wewnętrznej powierzchni luf broni strzeleckiej kalibru 5,56 mm. Omówiono kolejno metodę chromowania elektrolitycznego, węgloazotowania kąpielowego TENIFER, technologie typu multiplex, tj. azotowanie / węgloazotowanie fluidalno-gazowe i wymrażanie oraz próżniowe ulepszanie cieplne z wymrażaniem. W Instytucie Mechaniki Precyzyjnej prowadzone są badania nad zastosowaniem technologii obróbek cieplno-chemicznych, których celem jest wyeliminowanie szkodliwej dla środowiska metody chromowania.

Changes in Mechanical Properties of Armoured UHSLA Steel ARMOX 500 After Over Tempering
ARMOX steel is an armoured steel with excellent mechanical properties as well as dense hardness, tensile strength and a high level of toughness. These properties result from specific production processes finished with ro...
Inhibited Recoil in the Special Object with the Magnethoreological Damper TR-1.0M
This study is an attempt to explore the impact of introducing the system controlling the recoil effect by the use of the controlled magnetorheological damper (MR) to the weapon – gunner system. The analyzed modification...
NATO Standards and Practice for Munitions Safety and Insensitive Munitions
The NATO Munitions Safety Information Analysis Center (MSIAC) is a multinational collaboration that collects, stores, and analyses technical information related to Munitions Safety (MS) and Insensitive Munitions (IM). M...
Strength Analysis of a Ducted Axial Fan Blade
This paper presents a numerical strength analysis of a ducted axial fan blade. Ducted axial fans are a large group of fluid-flow machines. The analysis was designed to determine the causes of cyclic failures of a ventila...
Artillery-Missile System Control Under Disturbances Conditions Using a Modified Computed Torque Control Method
The paper addresses the issue of remote control of a artillery-missile system when the system is affected by dynamic and kinematic disturbances. The dynamic disturbances analysed in the paper includes disturbances from s...
