Nowe wyzwania w zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem sportowym

Abstract
Artykuł swoją treścią obejmuje nowe trendy rynkowe, które stawiane są przed przedsiębiorstwami, organizacjami i instytucjami funkcjonującymi na rynku sportu. Przedstawiono także formy prawno-organizacyjne przedsiębiorstw prowadzących działalność gospodarczą w sektorze sportu oraz omówiono możliwości pozyskania finansowania działalności inwestycyjnej tych przedsiębiorstw. Podkreślono w artykule fakt braku wystarczającej wiedzy z zakresu zarządzania i finansowania przez kadrę menadżerską organizacji sportowych. W podsumowaniu przedstawiono wnioski, że sport odgrywa istotną role w funkcjonowaniu gospodarki i integracji społeczeństwa, a także wymusza nowy trend prowadzący do komercjalizacji klubów sportowych.
