NTERNALIZATION OF THE UNIVERSITY AS A FACTOR IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION

Abstract
The article considers the process of internationalization of Higher education as a factor of improving the quality of education. The main trends of modern higher education are defined. To ensure a competitive position in the global education market, the countries have United in a single system of education – the Bologna process. The Bologna process contributed to the process of internationalization of Higher education institutions in the RF. The internationalization of Russia's human capital will increase the competitiveness of universities and will allow integration into the world system of higher education. Many Russian universities successfully participate in the process of internationalization to improve the quality indicators. The system of internationalization of the University includes the processes of interaction between the University and partner Universities (participants of the Bologna process abroad), through negotiations, joint projects, programs "DOUBLE DIPLOMA", conferences, cooperation agreements, memorandums of understanding, etc. The student - the bearer of human and intellectual capital, participates in the processes of internationalization by self-selection, realization of their needs for obtaining new knowledge, skills and skills at the international level.
