Abstract
The article investigates and theoretically summarizes the experience of advanced industrialized countries (in the continental context), the formation of models and mechanisms of public administration for the development of innovative structures at the regional level, provides a comparative description of diverse innovative formations, formed the basis for the study of the possibilities of adaptation of the accumulated foreign experience in Ukraine.
