THE PROBLEM OF CONCEPTUAL DETERMINATION OF CONCEPT OF HIGHER EDUCATION QUALITY IN UKRAINIAN CONTEXT

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of conceptual determination of concept of higher education quality in Ukrainian context. The essence of concept of higher education quality is analyzed and its general characteristic is given. The different Ukrainian and foreign scientists’ definitions of higher education quality are examined. The concept of higher education quality in terms of different audiences is investigated. Internal and external factors of education quality are analyzed.
