APPROACHES TO EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN GLOBAL PRACTICE

Abstract
The article deals with the main approaches to the evaluation of the effectiveness of public administration in world practice. Three main groups of criteria for assessing the effectiveness of public administration are considered: value-rational, celerational, and pragmatic. The basic models of estimation of efficiency of public management and others are analyzed.
