RECORDS MANAGEMENT IN THE EXECUTIVE POWER INSTITUTIONS OF THE TERRITORIAL LEVEL AS ONE OF THE FUNCTIONS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION MECHANISMS

Abstract
The article deals with the management of the processes of documenting managerial information in the executive power institutions as one of the functions of public administration mechanisms. The reliability of the provision regarding managerial activities that is generally reproduced and implemented as a whole through and thanks to records management as a dynamically functioning link in the process of ensuring interaction, interconnection and interassistance between managing and managed public administration systems is confirmed. The managerial documentation plays an important, although, in the opinion of the author, mediated role. Management of the processes of documenting managerial information is considered as an integration of information and documentary management, which work together to ensure a common goal the adoption of an appropriate managerial decision. It is substantiated that managerial documents in the executive power institutions are an integral part of public administration mechanisms.
