LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF POST-MORTEM EXAMINATION IN THE UK AND UKRAINE: COMPARATIVE LAW RESEARCH

Abstract
The comparative legal study of the basic principles of legal regulation of post-mortem examination in the United Kingdom and Ukraine was conducted. The main provisions concerning the legal regulation of the pathoanatomical service organization, the transplantation of organs and tissues of a person, and the donation of the human body for the scientific purposes are researched.
