SUBCULTURAL CONFIGURATIONS AND POLITICAL MEDIATION IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
The article explores subcultural configurations as factors of communicative action, which, today, are characterized by a significant level of conflict. The author notes the demand for logical social and managerial ordering of subcultures in the context of the introduction of a new communicative model of dialogue, the mechanism for implementing which defines political mediation. The specifics of subcultural communications and the role of political mediation in the system of public administration are analyzed. The core of subcultural diversity in the system of organizational culture of public administration is the administrative subculture, as a sociocultural phenomenon, which is a system of axiological and communicative imperatives of public service. In this article, the author suggests a methodology for representation of the features of the formation of the communicative process, where a set of interpretations is a complex mechanism of sociocultural configurations of subcultures in the context of structuring an integral cultural landscape.
