THE GENESIS OF INSTITUTIONAL PROVISION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE SPHERE OF NATIONAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
It was substantiated that the provision of national security of the state, specifically Ukraine, must be carried out with the help of the systematic determination of the genesis of its institutional (organizational and legal) provisions. It was determined that legaslation make up the foundation for the nftional security of the state and for increasing of its mechanisms in this sphere.
