ANALYSIS OF NORMATIVELY LEGAL BASIS OF PUBLIC FINANCIAL CONTROL IN THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF EDUCATION

Abstract
The article examines the legal and regulatory framework for state financial control. The system of state financial control bodies in the management of the education system was considered. A brief analysis of the norms of the Budget Code of Ukraine on the implementation of the state financial control and other legislative and regulatory acts was conducted. The international normative and legal documents regulating the state financial control in the management of the education system were analyzed. The organization of the work of the state financial control in the State Audit Office of Ukraine is outlined.
