GLOBAL COMPETITION OF COMPETENCES IN THE SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL HIGH-TECH SPACE OF THE FUTURE

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical and methodological analysis of the high-tech space of the future in the context of modern research approaches, conducted theoretical and methodological identification of technologies and high technologies presented by various national schools, conceptual and methodological contradictions concerning understanding of the high-tech space of the future are described, the genesis of categorical formation of problems and institutional provision of it in the history of the development of modern science, the basic system is systematized methodological problems that are characteristic of development within different research schools.
