Abstract
This article discusses the problems of evaluating the quality of public interaction with the executive authorities. Just consider the most qualitative approaches to determining which promises more effective functioning of the mechanisms of interaction with the public. Indices promises more effective PR-activities of the executive agencies in the media. The technology promises more effective evaluation of public relations.
