Abstract
The text is an attempt to systematically describe the domain of parochial presbytery’s cooperation. The description consists in five theses with commentaries. The first one claims that there are two models of cooperation between parish priests and vicars: (1) associate-authoritarian, relating to these pastoral crews, in which there is more partnership among parish priests and vicars, and (2) authoritarian-associate, relating to those, in which parish priest’s authoritarianism dominates. The second thesis regards the model into which the cooperation between priests in the team evolves, and claims that the decisive factor here is the way the parish priest acts towards his vicars. The third thesis: in the authoritarian-associate model the parish priest’s authoritarian action or behaviour has a more important role, while in the associate-authoritarian model this role is less important.
