Об определении понятия «свободная практика» для судов в морских портах Украины

Abstract
В статье исследуется правовое обеспечение сервисных таможенных формальностей на морском транспорте. Автор обращается к проблематике обновленного таможенного и морского законодательства Украины относительно определения используемых им правовых понятий, в частности понятия «свободная практика». Отмечается, что современное правовое регулирование сервисных таможенных формальностей на морском транспорте разработано на достаточно высоком уровне, однако, не лишено недостатков нормотворческой техники и некоторых пробелов.
