Обґрунтування стратегії збалансованого розвитку промислових підприємств

Abstract
The present paper provides the essence of the concept of strategy and balanced development concept of an enterprise and highlights its main components. The strategy of balanced development is proposed to be examined in two aspects: economic and social. It is revealed that the enterprise entering the new level of competitive management produces an operational synergy effect. Formation of the enterprise balanced development should be based on synergetic harmony with conditions and objectives of the enterprise as a whole and with each functional unit in particular. The authors develop the stages of formation and implementation of the strategy of balanced development of industrial enterprise. The article is dealt with the specifics of using strategic provision of formulation of the enterprise development strategy, capabilities and specificity of use of rapid test of actual financial condition. It is proposed to use the rate of rapid test that allows to detect signs of imbalance in the enterprise with no significant calculations to diagnose the actual financial condition. To ensure prompt and impartial rapid test of the actual financial condition it is advisable to restore the practice of social certification in the industry. It is proved that an important aspect in formation and implementation of the balanced development strategy is to develop the concept of balanced strategic management of industrial enterprises. The concept allows to establish methodological basis as management principles and methodological basis as management technologies and tools for separate companies. It was found that the strategy of balanced development of industrial enterprises should be based on long-term program of balanced development, which is a strategic document that contains a set of coordinated in space and time actions as for resources provision. The present article establishes that the implementation of the balanced development strategy involves targeted improvement of economic, organizational, technical and technological, operational, market, social, administrative, environmental, and other components of the system. Transformations that occur during the implementation of the strategy by external factors, acquire new quality, and the result is increasing economic efficiency and competitiveness in the market.
