Objectives of development of cooperative bakery enterprises in the context of innovative development of the breeding industry

Abstract

Annotation. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to determine the patterns of innovation development in the bakery industry of consumer cooperation of Ukraine and to implement the concept of forming the organizational and economic mechanism of innovation development. Methodology of research. The solution of the tasks posed in the article was carried out with the help of such general scientific and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach. Findings. A retrospective analysis of the innovative development of the bakery industry was carried out and the main directions of innovative development of the bakery enterprises of consumer cooperation were substantiated. In the article it is justified that for the successful solution of the problems of the transition of the baking industry of consumer cooperation to an innovative type of development it is necessary: the formation of progressive business models of horizontal and vertical integration and business models such as platforms; the use by agents of the organizational and economic mechanism of modern innovative business strategies; creation of a new type of information field; development of legal support for innovative development of the bakery market, including measures to stimulate the improvement of its volume and structure; creation of an infrastructure of open innovations. Practical value. The main scientific provisions of the article can be used in the practice of managing enterprises of the bakery industry of various forms of ownership.
