OBJECTIVES OF THE MIGRATION-LEGAL REGULATION IN UKRAINE

The article presents debatable point of view on the objectives of legal regulation of migration, examines the state of normative securing these objectives in the national legislation, it is proposed the author’s vision of the system of legal regulation of migration purposes.
