OBJECTS CRIMES UNDER ART. 260 CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the generic, direct main and additional direct object of a crime under article 260 of the criminal code. The expediency of the recognition of public security of the generic object of the crime. In the framework of the concept of object of crime as a public relations definition of the main direct object of the crime provided by the article 260 of the criminal code of Ukraine, and also proved that this crime has an additional optional object of the crime.
