OCCLUSAL AND AESTHETIC REHABILITATION OF CLEFT LIP AND PALATE PATIENT- A CASE REPORT ,

Abstract

ABSTRACT : The paents suffering from various maxillary defects of palate and lips require a form of definive treatment aer aaining adulthood. These defects affect the paents psychologically giving them negave impact of life, the treatment of these defects with definive prosthesis will enhance the aesthecs along with occlusal rehabilitaon and giving them the confidence they require. This case report describes the rehabilitaon of 18yrs old female paent with unilateral cle palatal defect which is rehabilitated with porcelain fused to metal (PFM) crowns covering the defect and as well providing the confidence the paent required.
