Occult Dysraphism

Abstract
One 1 year old girl was admitted to Pediatrician ward, becau se of a recurrent meningitis. lt was found clinical evidence of a sacral dermal sinus. TAC, MRI exams showed a sacral occult dysraphism. Surgical procedure showed neurodermic sinus and lipoma. Analysis of clinical presentation, image studies, embriology, physiopathology , treatment, prognosis, and sorne advertisements about prophylaxis are made.
