Ocena efektywności leczenia skolioz idiopatycznych II stopnia

Abstract
Cel pracy. Porównanie efektywności terapii metodą FED i programu kinezyterapii analitycznej z wykorzystaniem elementów koncepcji FITS. Ocena efektywności terapii FED w leczeniu funkcjonalnym skolioz. Materiał metody. W badaniu wzięło udział 30 dziewcząt, wieku od 11 do 16 lat, średnia wieku x = 14,2, SD – 1,4 ze skoliozą idiopatyczną II stopnia wg Grucy (30-60 stopni Cobba) zakwalifikowanych na podstawie zdjęcia RTG. Okres obserwacji trwał 3 tygodnie. Badanych podzielono losowo na 2 grupy: badaną i porównawczą po 15 osób. Pierwsza grupa badana objęta była pełnym programem metody FED druga zaś – standardowym programem kinezyterapii analitycznej z wykorzystaniem elementów koncepcji FITS. Wyniki. Analiza wykazała, iż metoda FED jest bardziej efektywna niż standardowe terapie. Wnioski. Należy włączać metodę FED do terapii dzieci ze skoliozą w stopniu II (30-60 stopni wg Cobba) ze względu na wyższą skuteczność terapeutyczną niż leczenie standardowe. Należy prowadzić dalsze badania porównawcze nad skutecznością różnych metod leczniczych w skoliozach idiopatycznych na większej grupie badanej.
