Ocena procesu informatyzacji aktów stanu cywilnego na podstawie nowej ustawy – Prawo o aktach stanu cywilnego

Abstract
The issue of Registry Office Records is closely related to registration of a particular type of facts concerning natural persons. Moreover, Registry Office Records acts which are the result of the event registration process events are used in various proceedings before public administration and judicial authorities. In the light of the above-mentioned fact, what seems necessary is to create common – electronic Registry Office Records, which would be available to those public authority entities, whose aim is to implement tasks using the knowledge contained in the General Registry Office. The draft of the new law – Registry Offi ce Records Act – provides for computerization of Registry Office Records in order to increase the efficiency of functioning of public authority bodies and in view of benefits for a natural person concerned. What is important, the considerations set out in this article are devoted to the assessment of the new regulations.
