Ocena stanu bezpieczeństwa transportu drogowego w UE

Abstract
Paper discussed problems of road transport safety system in European Union. Characteristics of road transport infrastructure (roadways and motorways), statistics of road accidents, dead and wounded people were presented. The advantages and disadvantages of road transport were stressed, especially terrorism threats.
