Ocena stanu zdrowia i form spędzania wolnego czasu przez mężczyzn

Abstract
Zdrowie uważane jest za jedną z największych wartości, definiuje się je jako dobrostan fizyczny, psychiczny oraz społeczny. Celem pracy była ocena stanu zdrowia i form spędzania wolnego czasu przez mężczyzn. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w grupie 300 mężczyzn za pomocą kwestionariusza ankiety. Wykazano, że mężczyźni niezależnie od wieku oceniają swój stan zdrowia jako dobry. Główną formą spędzania wolnego czasu wśród mężczyzn jest uprawianie sportu. Źródłem informacji na temat możliwości spędzania wolnego czasu jest Internet.
