ОЦЕНКА КАЧЕСТВА ПРОЦЕССНО-ОРИЕНТИРОВАННОЙ СИСТЕМЫ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЕМ

Abstract
Предложен методический подход к оценке качества процессно-ориентированной системы управления предприятием, базирующийся на учете ее специфических особенностей (структуры – наличия и взаимосвязи составляющих подсистем: стратегического управления, менеджмента качества и контуров управления бизнес-процессами), а также качества процессов управленческой деятельности. Обоснованы параметры определения уровня качества по составляющим элементам, разработаны показатели обобщающей оценки уровня качества отдельных составляющих подсистем и системы управления предприятия в целом.
