Odchylenie poprzeczne przewodu jezdnego sieci trakcyjnej na prostej w procesie certyfikacji

Abstract

The basic document for the traction power supply system process is COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 1301/2014 [1] concerning technical specifications for interoperability of the energy subsystem. The regulation came into force in the EU on January 1, 2015. Starting from January 1, 2016, newly produced sections of the overhead contact line should be covered by the EU declaration on compliance with the requirements or suitability for use. The new document mainly concerns the OHL, however, it refers to COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 1302/2014 [2] applicable to testing a new pantograph type or a new type of rail vehicle. Evaluation units (NoBo) have almost three years of experience in using this document, in the interpretation of entries, in assessing the clarity of formulations. The article describes the experiences of the authors in assessing the lateral deviation of the contact wire of the overhead contact line
