Abstract
Досліджено та проаналізовано існуючі погляди на капіталізацію земельних ресурсів. Запропоновано концептуальну модель механізмів управління капіта‐ лізацією земельних ресурсів. Запропоновано логіко‐смислову схему реалізації механізмів управління капіталізацією земельних ресурсів з врахуванням скла‐ дових земельного капіталу.
