Abstract
The article proves that one of the central tasks of economic science is to study the trends of changes in indicators of economic development. Particular attention is paid to the study of price dynamics and changes in the components of the gross product. As a rule, these studies are related to the problems of economic growth and the cycle. Attention of researchers is mainly focused on the peculiarities of the dynamics of indicators of economic development of agriculture. When conducting research in this field, it is necessary to take into account the influence of the natural factor. The article analyzes the dynamics of changes in the structure of crop areas, gross collections and yields of grain crops and sunflower. For each culture, periods of high and low yields are distinguished. The nature of changes in yields, as well as gross collections of each crop has been analyzed, which has its own peculiarities. The analysis of the introduction of mineral and organic fertilizers for the period of 2000 to 2015 has been proved. The economic principle that pushes the problem of preserving the quality of soils, the optimal land use structure, social factors, modern agrarian technologies allows to underlie the modern mechanism of forming the structure of crop areas Greatly minimize the negative consequences, but it is impossible to completely eliminate them. The study made it possible to establish that, firstly, the dynamics of both yield and gross collections, each of the crops analyzed has its own peculiarities. This allows us to conclude that combinations of these crops can be minimized in order to minimize the risks of the natural factor. Secondly, the level of intensity of production, which is measured by the amount of mineral fertilizers, has tended to increase in recent years, although during the years 2014-2015 their number remained stable and even somewhat reduced. Further growth of the intensity of production in the field of plant growing is possible in conditions of recovery of the financial system and state support to agricultural production.
