ON 2-ABSORBING FILTERS OF LATTICES
Journal Title: Discussiones Mathematicae - General Algebra and Applications - Year 2016, Vol 36, Issue 2
Abstract
Let L be a lattice with 1. In this paper we study the concept of 2-absorbing filter which is a generalization of prime filter. A proper filter F of L is called a 2-absorbing filter (resp. a weakly 2-absorbing) if whenever x1 ∨ x2 ∨ x3 ∈ F (resp. 1 6= x1 ∨ x2 ∨ x3 ∈ F), for x1, x2, x3 ∈ L, then there are 2 of the xi’s whose join is in F. A basic number of results concerning 2-absorbing filters and weakly of 2-absorbing filters are given in the case when L is distributive.

CODES OVER HYPERFIELDS
In this paper, we define linear codes and cyclic codes over a finite Krasner hyperfield and we characterize these codes by their generator matrices and parity check matrices. We also demonstrate that codes over finite Kr...
GENERALIZED DERIVATIONS WITH LEFT ANNIHILATOR CONDITIONS IN PRIME AND SEMIPRIME RINGS
Let R be a prime ring with its Utumi ring of quotients U, C = Z(U) be the extended centroid of R, H and G two generalized derivations of R, L a noncentral Lie ideal of R, I a nonzero ideal of R. The left annihilator of S...
A NOTE ON IDEAL BASED ZERO-DIVISOR GRAPH OF A COMMUTATIVE RING
In this paper, we consider the ideal based zero divisor graph ΓI (R) of a commutative ring R. We discuss some graph theoretical properties of ΓI (R) in relation with zero divisor graph. We also relate certain parameters...
ALL REGULAR-SOLID VARIETIES OF IDEMPOTENT SEMIRINGS
The lattice of all regular-solid varieties of semirings splits in two complete sublattices: the sublattice of all idempotent regular-solid varieties of semirings and the sublattice of all normal regular-solid varieties o...
APPLICATIONS OF SADDLE-POINT DETERMINANTS
For a given square matrix A ∈ Mn(R) and the vector e ∈ (R)^n of ones denote by (A, e) the matrix A e e^T 0 This is often called the saddle point matrix and it plays a significant role in several branches of m...
