On certain aspects of criminal responsibility for the provocation of bribery

Abstract
This article deals with the issues of criminal liability for the provocation of bribery, defined the concept of bribery provocation, analyzed the features of this crime, provided a description of theoretical and practical problems in qualifying actions provided for in Art. 370 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
