International agreements SOFA / SOMA: particularities of conclusion and content

Abstract
The article discusses the specific features of international treaties that are concluded in the case of peacekeeping operations between a state and an international organization or group of states under whose auspices these operations are organized. We are talking about the Status of Forces Agreement or Status of Mission Agreement, which regulate the conditions of stay and the legal status of peacekeeping forces in the territory of a certain state.
