Actual problems of functioning of the legal regimes of mutual travel of citizens

Abstract
The article analyzes actual problems of legal regulation and functioning of the regimes for implementation of mutual travel of citizens. In particular, attention is focused on the analysis of travels undertaken with a tourist and therapeutic purpose. The results of the study determined that the implementation of organizational and economic arrangements for border crossing by Ukraine will have a positive impact on both further activation of mutual travel of citizens and on the process of their carrying out. In particular, the crossborder infrastructure of Ukraine needs development, there is a need to support the effective functioning of organizational and institutional arrangements for carrying out mutual travel of citizens. Thus, the improvement of legal regulation and the effective functioning of organizational arrangement are the basic principles of the proper level of realization of the right to freedom of movement.
