Integrity as a Principle of Justice: Defining the Issue and its Modern Discourse

Abstract
The article highlights the relevance of (personal) integrity as a potential principle of justice, outlines an analysis of some issues and periodization of its modern discourse in Ukraine: propaedeutics and the launch of the study of foreign experience (1991–2000); internalization of foreign experience into practice and ensuing declarative acts (2001–2013); legalization of ethics and integrity in judicial activity (since 2014).
