Structural model of legally significant behavior: general-theoretical analysis.

Abstract

The article deals with the structural model of legally meaningful behavior and its characteristic from the point of view of general theoretical jurisprudence. It is stressed that human behavior is a reflection of purposeful active actions or inaction of a social subject aimed at practical diversity of human life in order to reconcile public interests. It is noted that human behavior as a phenomenon is investigated by law in the form of legally meaningful human behavior that can be defined as socially significant (positive or negative), consciously-volitional behavior of people (individual individuals, groups or groups of people), which is outwardly expressed in the form of specific physical actions or inactivity regulated (foreseen) by law, controlled by the state and causing legal consequences.
