The development of legal regulation of the exercising of land rights in Ukraine until the beginning of the ХХ century

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the historical development of the legal regulation of the exercising of land rights in the territory of today’s Ukraine in the period before the beginning of the twentieth century. Attention is paid to the con- sideration of the legal regulation of the exercise of land rights in the Hetmanate period. The legislation regulating these relations in the tsarist period was studied. The influence of the Stolypin reform on the legal regulation of the exercising of land rights is analyzed.
