Creation of a bank as a subject of administrative and legal regulation

Abstract
In this article, considered creating of bank through the light of administrative procedures. Based on the notion «bank» and the notion «administrative procedure», the boundaries of the bank’s activities are defined and formulated the notion of an administrative procedure for creating a bank.
