Recommendations regarding self-study for external independent evaluation in “Administrative law of Ukraine”, “Administrative process”

Abstract
The article reveals main elements of the Program on self-study for external independent evaluation in disciplines “Administrative law of Ukraine”, “Administrative process” to provide necessary assistance for self studies of future master students. The article reveals the list of main knowledge, skills and capacities, necessary for future master student in classic and new institutes of administrative law, innovative and European integration aspects of transformation of the subject and method of legal regulation in the context of introduction if European standards of administrative law. Special attention was devoted to the mistakes and drawbacks in study guides, enlisted legislative sources, absent provisions on European integration aspects of administrative legal institutes development.
