Pressing questions of internship in the context of projects of Law of Ukraine «On the Bar and Lawyer Activities»

Abstract
This article analyzes the essence of the internship as one of the conditions for obtaining the status of a lawyer. In connection with the emergence of two bills «On the Bar and Lawyer Activities» (registration numbers 9055 and 9055-1), the author analyzed changes in the organization and procedure for internships, which they suggest and the feasibility of their implementation in Ukraine, in the context of which raised issues and suggested ways to solve them.
