Parties of the Internet-auction

Abstract
The article is dedicated to considering the features of legal capacity of persons who, in accordance with the Ukrainian and International law, have the right to conclude transactions on the Internet auction. It is concluded that the defining of a correct circle of persons of the Internet auction, their legal status is an important factor in choosing an effective way to protect their violated rights.
