Problem aspects of inheritance of the rights of invention: analysis of theory and practice

Abstract
The article deals with problematic issues of a legal and practical nature that may arise in the process of registration of hereditary rights, if they include rights that arise from patents for inventions. The analysis of legislation that can be applied in the course of regulation of such legal relations is carried out. A conclusion is drawn about the main aspects, which should pay attention to the potential successors of inventors.
