On electronic submission of the claims

Abstract
The article discusses the main issues of filing a claim in electronic form. In particular, the current state of this process was analyzed, and some perspectives were revealed. An analysis of this process in various countries showed that, despite the difference in approaches to the process of informatization of legal proceedings in different countries, there are many similarities between them, including common problems. In particular, the problem of submitting reliable data, elimination of abuse, confidentiality of information, accessibility to all sectors of society. Given these problems, it is necessary to build a Russian e-justice system.
