On legislative framework for the monetary policy of the National Bank of Ukraine in the context of bankruptcy proceedings

Abstract
The article analyzes legislative provisions regarding the content of the monetary policy of the National Bank of Ukraine in the context of bankruptcies. It is concluded that the legislation on banks and banking activities should be supplemented with rules on separate measures to ensure the stability of the banking system in crisis conditions, and introduce the special procedural limitation into bankruptcy law for system banks, which protect against erroneous decisions of the NBU and make the relevant procedures are exclusive.
