The role of national interests in ensuring Ukraine’s economic security and the formation of a state policy

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual issues of determining the role of national interests in ensuring the economic security of the state. The notion of “national interest” and “national values” is delimited. It is noted that effective state policy is the one that underlies the priority of protection and realization of national interests. The necessity of participating along with the state of public organizations, political parties and the population in the issue of forming a system of national interests is proved.
